Principal, not agent

Tershe Ltd is registered for other letting and operating of own or leased real estate (SIC 68209) and is registered at Dobson House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Everything we let, we own or lease ourselves. We act as principal: we are not a letting agent, we do not act for other landlords, we do not market anybody else's property and we do not hold anyone else's money. That distinction decides a lot, including which obligations sit where, and it is the reason there is nobody to pass a repair on to.

We are not an investment business. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation or an inducement to acquire, dispose of or invest in property or in any investment, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. There are no yield figures and no projected returns here, deliberately.

What we aim for is a tenancy that is dull in the right way: terms in writing, costs stated before signing, certificates handed over at the start, repairs dealt with, and inspections only with the notice the law requires.

If something is wrong, tell us early. A tenant who reports a leak in week one is doing us a favour, and we would rather hear about it than find it at the check-out.
